Pluto is a bluetooth camera trigger that harnesses the power of your smartphone to trigger your camera as you please. Various modes include smile detection, light sensor, time lapse, sound, or motion sensor modes. Pluto has a built in lithium battery that lasts about 20 hours with the bluetooth left on, but you can turn it out to double battery life. It is also tiny, at 60x40x19mm and 37 grams. Our most common application of the Pluto is being put to use triggering 5 A7s mark ii's simultaneously on our MooVR rigs in combination with 6 pocket wizard plus x transceivers.
The Plus X is an incredibly simple device used to trigger your strobes for conventional stills shoots or cameras for time lapse applications. Each unit can function as a transmitter OR receiver and has up to 1600 foot range, depending on environmental factors. They can also be used to relay the signal from one pocket wizard to another and extend the range. Two AA batteries will power a plus X for about 100 hours. These work well paired with our Pluto Trigger module so you can use your smartphone to trigger an infinite amount of cameras simultaneously for unique time lapse situations including VR time lapse with our MooVR Sony a7s mark ii rig.
